how do i order?
placing an order on this website is like any other, except we do not take your card information. by adding the desired products to your cart and checking out, you reserve those items for 60 minutes. during that time you will make the EFT to the correct banking details and send a proof of payment to our email, which is everythingcraftsa@gmail.com. Our website does NOT ask for or retain your credit/debit card information.

how long does order processing take?
once you have ordered and sent through the proof of payment, we are able to start processing your order. this takes around 1-2 days to do, and then once it is sent out you expect your parcel to take 3-5 wokring days to deliver. this is dependant on there being no strikes, no commute delays and good weather for transport.
