SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION

thank you for supporting ECSA! we wish to give everyone the best experience when purchasing from this website, so here are some clarifications on shipping:

processing time of your package can take between 1 to 3 working days for us to prepare, this includes gathering selected products and assembling the package so that it is safe for travels while remaining pretty!

processing time will be longer for custom pieces and/or commissioned artworks, as these are personalized items.

shipping time can take between 2 to 7 business days, not including unseen delays such as protesting and/or bad weather. there also may be some delays when there are promotions on items or shipments.

shipment couriers options will be displayed when checking out. please note that the chosen couriers for this website are only national to South Africa, as we do not ship internationally. if you have any queries about this feel free to send us a message and we will respond in due time.

changes in shipping address or order modifications are dependent on the severity of the change. if the wrong shipping address was entered, please contact us at everythingcraftsa@gmail.com immediately so that we are able to change it. if you wish to add or subtract something from your order, we are unable to do so unfortunately.
RETURN/REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

thank you for the support! please contact us at everythingcraftsa@gmail.com for a return and/or refund on an order, with your proof of payment and ordered items. here is the following information on returns and refunds:

eligibility of the item/s you wish to return must be undamaged, in its original packaging and be unworn/not used. we will require images of the item/s upon request for a return and/or refund. any item that is damaged, worn or altered will not be eligible for a return/refund.

non-returnable or non-refundable items are personalized/custom orders, clothes, earrings, sale items or items purchased with a gift card.

refunds on defective/damaged items: please ensure that you inspect the ordered items upon receiving them if they are damaged (due to transport or other), as we cannot issue a refund on the item/s if more than 3 days have passed since you received said item/s.

damaged items due to transit will be refunded 50% of the items purchased cost.

exchanges on items unfortunately cannot be issued.
all requests of refunds/returns have to be approved before the recipient is to send the defective/damaged items. location of where to send the returned items will be supplied once the request has been approved.
